Submit an event for the Community Calendar

Anyone can host an event during Pride, or all year round. ‍

If you are a local business, organization, social group or individual hosting an event to support the LGBTQ+ community and the spirit of Pride during the month of June 2026, or anytime throughout the year, we will feature your event in our shared calendar and can promote some content on social media.

Guidelines for Pride 2026

Submissions are published on a rolling basis, but for consideration in the printed Pride Guide, events must be submitted by April 30th, 2026.

Event Guidelines

  • The event is held in Tompkins County, NY

  • Events and venues must be safe AND inclusive spaces for anyone self-identifying as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community

  • Political fundraising events and religious services cannot be posted due to our funding guidelines

  • We encourage all event organizers to consider adhering to ADA and other best-practices for accessibility. See the Ithaca Pride Alliance’s accessibility & inclusion commitments and resources for ideas. It can be helpful to clearly list accessibility considerations in the event description so attendees can make informed decisions about participation and access
