Submit an event for the Community Calendar
Anyone can host an event during Pride, or all year round.
If you are a local business, organization, social group or individual hosting an event for Pride during the month of June, or anytime throughout the year, submit your event to the shared community calendar.
Guidelines for Pride
Submissions are published on a rolling basis, but for consideration in the printed Pride Guide, events must be submitted by April 30th, 2027.

Events and venues must be safe AND inclusive spaces for anyone self-identifying as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community
Political fundraising events and religious services cannot be posted due to our funding guidelines
We encourage all event organizers to consider adhering to ADA and other best-practices for accessibility. See the Ithaca Pride Alliance’s accessibility & inclusion commitments and resources for ideas. It can be helpful to clearly list accessibility considerations in the event description so attendees can make informed decisions about participation and access
